provided with professional training to fulfill those needs. Hatton
Security offers a training process, which include an in-depth interview,
previous employment check, and a criminal background check. This is
followed by classroom-based orientation training 12- Step Module Process.
Officers must pass each module of our Nationally recognized program
before they ever get in uniform.

Quality,Well-Train Security Force
The success of your program relies heavily on having a quality, well-trained,stable security force.Each Hatton Security officer is selected to meet those needs. Prior to employment, each Hatton Security officer goes through an intense screening process which includes an in-depth interview, a previous employment check, a drug test and a criminal background check. Our training program begins with classroom-based orientation training consisting of 12 modules. Officers must pass each module of our nationally recognized program before they ever get into a uniform. Officers then go through on-site training and obtain any necessary Security Officer Licenses. Each officer is trained and tested on the duties specific to the post they will be assigned in order to become familiar with the needs of the client before reporting for duty independently.
On-going Training
At Hatton Security, our training program does not end with the initial orientation training. Our philosophy is that there are always opportunities to improve and educate our security and patrol officers. These additional training programs include self defense training. Homeland Security training, CPR and emergency response training and other programs specific to the needs of our clients and security personnel.
Professional Image
The professional image and demeanor of Hatton Security Officers creates a positive presence in your facilities. This gives your employees, guests, and the public an improved sense of security and safety. We ensure that each officer’s uniform is impeccable. Patrol supervisors conduct inspections of each officer’s uniform on-site to check for the proper wearing and maintenance of the uniform. Special uniforms can be provided to meet the specific needs of your organization, such as “soft profile” uniforms consisting of blazers. A professional image combined with training and quality supervision, are the basis for our security program.

Detailed Reporting
Hatton Security has established a series of reports to keep our clients aware of all activities that occur
during out hours of service. The reports are timely, clear and informative. We provide the documentation you need to maintain internal controls and to follow up for legal and insurance purposes. Hatton officers maintain a written Shift Log which records all routine security during the shift. Incidents such as accidents, unusual events or unlawful acts are referenced in the shift log and detailed in an Incident Report . During on-site inspections, the patrol supervisor checks the officer's Shift Log to ensure they are completed regularly and accurately. The officer submits a Shift Log and any Incident Reports at the end of each shift and they are sent to the client each morning.
